Just Look At
My Backyard
This is my backyard. It’s been my backyard for the last 38 years. It stands as living evidence of our strict Zoning Code right here in Cherry Hills Village, “The Town That Cares.”
I appreciate our Zoning Code. I applaud our Zoning Code. I deeply understand our Zoning Code. And I have a proven, unmatched track record—as your Councilmember for eight years, your Mayor Pro Tem for two years, your Mayor for three years, and as an expert witness in court—of successfully standing up for and defending our local zoning authority.
The central pillar of my campaign to return as your Mayor is to preserve, protect, and fiercely defend our strict local Zoning Code, without state interference. Together, we must guard the privacy, security, and semi-rural character that completely defines our neighborhoods. That is precisely why I proudly support Ballot Question 2C.
My opponent's campaign is actively spreading doubt and confusion regarding my commitment to our zoning protections. Now you understand why those statements are completely false, misleading, and wrong.
I’m running to return as Mayor to communicate, collaborate, and cooperate with Council and constituents to ensure state-level mandates never degrade our Village lifestyle.
For the real facts on our local autonomy infrastructure, look at my record. Better yet, just look at my backyard.
